Easy Apple Crisp

Sometimes, you just need a quick and easy apple dessert that is comforting and filling. This Easy Apple Crisp has all of the classic flavors that you want from an apple dish. It's a skimmed down version of my favorite apple pie recipe, but instead of having to make a crust and cut out the lattice, you just get to enjoy the center and the topping (which is made simple from graham crackers) with some vanilla ice cream. For an extra special dessert, drizzle caramel topping over the top.
