Sorry that I have been on a long hiatus. I’ve had a lot going on. I just recently finished my kitchen (all but a few last minute things that I have to do), and I am ready to jump into some baking just in time for the holidays coming up.

Looking ahead, we are going to be utilizing my new bread machine this week, plus I have a treat in store for December. I will have a cookie series, plus I still need to upload the cooking for one (or two) series.
